Zero Percent is a guessing game against . You pick one hidden character from a database. The Phantom asks yes/no questions on a tree-click Y or N for each branch. You may lie up to two times; the Phantom does not know which answers are fake. Once per game you can Hack to see who it suspects. When the scan ends, the Phantom names a character. You win if it names the wrong person; you lose if it finds yours.
